Who these terms are between

These terms cover your use of flowwmedia.net and the galleries hosted on it, between you and FLOWW Media. Buying a pass or creating an account means you accept them.

What you're buying

A gallery pass is priced per athlete. You name each athlete at checkout and pay the gallery's price for each one.

A pass opens the whole gallery. It is not limited to the photographs of the athlete you named — everyone who buys a pass can download every photograph from that media day, at full resolution and without watermarks. We price per athlete because that is how a media day is paid for; it is not a per-photo licence.

A pass is for the gallery it was bought for. It does not carry over to another event.

Pre-orders

Some galleries go on sale before the photographs are edited. If you pre-order:

• You pay the price shown on the gallery. Some galleries offer a lower pre-order price than the price after the photos go live — where they do, the saving is shown before you pay.
• Your access switches on by itself when the gallery is published, and we email you.
• If the shoot does not happen, or we cannot deliver the gallery, you get a full refund.

Free access for coaches and school staff

Coaching and school staff can take a gallery at no charge. This is offered in good faith so the people who run a program can use the photographs. It is for staff of the school or club whose media day it was — not for families, and not for anyone else.

What you can do with the photographs

You may, for personal, non-commercial use:

• Download and keep them, and re-download them later
• Print them, at home or through any print service
• Share them with family and friends, and post them on your own social accounts

You may not:

• Sell them, licence them, or use them to advertise a product or service
• Pass the files on to people who have not bought a pass, or publish the whole gallery for download
• Share your account so others can download without paying
• Remove or obscure a watermark from a preview image

Schools and clubs may use photographs from their own media day for their programs — newsletters, social accounts, banners and similar — at no extra cost.

Copyright

FLOWW Media keeps copyright in the photographs. Buying a pass gives you the right to use them as described above; it does not transfer ownership. We may use photographs as examples of our work, with the permission of the school or club — and we will take any photograph down on request from the person in it or their parent or guardian.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has access. Downloads are logged against your account, and there is an hourly limit — a normal family will never notice it, but a shared account will.

We may suspend an account being used to distribute photographs to people who have not paid.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never handle your card details. Tips are optional, go to the photography team, and are not refundable separately from an order.

Refunds

Digital downloads are hard to return, so we deal with refunds honestly rather than by rule:

• Something went wrong — a duplicate charge, a gallery you couldn't open, files that wouldn't download — email us and we will refund you.
• A pre-order we could not deliver is always refunded in full.
• Changed your mind and haven't downloaded anything? Get in touch and we'll sort it out.

A full refund removes your access to the gallery. Email admin@flowwmedia.net.

How long galleries stay up

We keep galleries online so you can come back and download again. Some have a closing date, which is shown on the gallery. We will give reasonable notice before closing one — download your photographs and keep your own copy; that copy is yours regardless of what happens here.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up but cannot promise it never goes down. Where something is our fault, our responsibility is limited to refunding what you paid for the affected gallery.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and a change never affects a purchase you have already made.
