How it works
We photograph media day for schools and clubs at no cost to the program. Your gallery goes online a few days later. Unlocking it costs $30 per athlete, and that opens every photo in it at full resolution.
A FLOWW photographer comes to the school or club on media day and works through the roster — portraits, action frames and team shots. The shoot is free to the program. Nobody is asked to buy anything on the day, and no one is turned away from being photographed.
We edit the set and publish it here, usually within a few days of the shoot. You can browse the whole gallery before you pay anything — every photo, watermarked, at preview size. We email you when it is ready if we have your address from the school.
Unlocking is $30 per athlete. That opens the entire gallery at full resolution with no watermarks — not a single photo, and not only the ones your athlete is in. The files are yours to keep, and you can re-download them from your account any time.
Questions
Every photo in that gallery, at the resolution it was shot, with no watermark. Not just the frames your athlete appears in — the full set, including team shots and anything else from the day. There is no per-photo pricing and no print package to choose between.
Yes — you add each athlete at checkout, and it is $30 each. You can add them all in one order rather than paying separately. The gallery you unlock is the same one either way; naming each athlete is how the school and the coaching staff know who has been paid for.
Yes. Once you have downloaded them they are yours for personal use — prints, framing, the team banquet slideshow, your grandmother's fridge. The files are full resolution for exactly that reason. We only ask that you do not resell them or hand them to a business to use commercially.
Galleries stay up. Once you have unlocked one it sits in your account and you can re-download from it whenever you like — a year later, on a new laptop, after your phone drowned. The one exception is a gallery a school has asked us to close, which is rare. If that is coming we tell you first.
Search the events page for the school or club name on its own — the team or sport in the search box is often what is hiding it. Galleries usually appear within a few days of the shoot, so if the day was this week it may not be up yet. Still stuck? Get in touch with the school name and roughly when the shoot happened.
Some galleries go on sale before the photos have been edited, usually because a season is ending and families want them sooner. You pay the same $30 per athlete and nothing changes about what you get. Your access switches on by itself the moment the photos are published, and we email you when that happens.
Get in touch and tell us what went wrong. If a gallery is not what you expected, or something has gone sideways with a download, we would rather hear about it than have you sit on it. Contact us and we will sort it out.
