Shoot day
We agree a date, a place to set up and a rough running order with you. A gym corner, an end zone or a strip of grass is enough — we bring lighting and backdrops. You send us the roster so names and levels are right in the gallery from the start.
Athletes come through in groups. Portraits first, then action frames, then the team shot. Most squads clear in under two hours, and we work around practice rather than replacing it. Every athlete gets photographed, whether or not their family ever buys a thing.
We edit the set and publish a gallery for your program, usually within a few days. Families browse it free and unlock it if they want the files. Your coaches and staff get in without paying, and we send you the link the moment it is live.
What families pay
A family that wants the photos pays $30 for one athlete, and that unlocks the entire gallery at full resolution with no watermarks — every frame from the day, not just the ones their athlete is in. Two athletes on the roster means two at checkout, in one order.
There are no print packages, no per-photo prices and no upsell after the fact. Families can browse the complete set for free before deciding, so nobody is buying blind. Coaches and school staff never pay.
