Position Overview

FLOWW Network is looking for passionate and creative Sports Photographer / Videographer Interns to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for high school students, college students, or anyone looking to start a career in sports photography and videography. You will gain hands-on experience, build your portfolio, and learn from experienced professionals in the field.

Responsibilities

• Capture Dynamic Visual Content: Attend and cover local sporting events, capturing high-quality photos and videos of athletes in action.
• Edit and Enhance Media: Use editing software to enhance photos and videos, ensuring they meet our high standards for publication and social media.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with our editorial and production teams to ensure cohesive and timely content delivery.
• Maintain Equipment: Assist in the care and maintenance of photography and videography equipment.
• Contribute Creatively: Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table for visual storytelling and content development.

Requirements

• Passion for Sports: A strong interest in sports and enthusiasm for capturing sports-related moments.
• Photography and Videography Skills: Basic knowledge and skills in using DSLR cameras, video cameras, and related equipment. Experience with editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or equivalent is preferred.
• Creativity and Attention to Detail: Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas effectively with a keen eye for detail.
• Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed based on event schedules.
• Must own your own equipment or have access to it: We unfortunately cannot provide you with the equipment.
