Sport Team Media Days is FLOWW Media's photography service for Idaho high school sports teams. We come on-site to schools and athletic facilities, set up a professional photo studio environment, and photograph each athlete during a scheduled session.
The experience is designed to be seamless for both schools and families. Athletes book their session and pay online before the event. After the shoot, edited photos are delivered directly to their personal account — ready to download with no waiting on email attachments or USB drives.
The entire pipeline — from booking to delivery — runs through our custom-built platform, which FLOWW Media designed and developed specifically for this service.

FLOWW Media runs every part of the media day process. Here's what we handle from end to end.
FLOWW Media coordinates directly with schools and athletic departments to schedule media day dates, set up session time slots, and manage athlete registration — all handled through our custom platform.
Our team arrives on location with professional lighting, camera equipment, and branded backdrops. We photograph each athlete individually during their allotted session — headshots, action poses, and team shots.
Athletes and parents book sessions and purchase photo packages online through our custom-built platform. Scheduling, payments via Stripe, and session confirmations are all automated.
After the event, FLOWW Media edits and culls the session photos. Each athlete receives a private gallery and can download their full photo package as a ZIP file directly from their account.
Our platform handles photo access automatically — once a purchase is verified, athletes get instant access to their gallery and downloads. No manual file sharing or email attachments.
