A full-stack photo booking and delivery platform built for school sports media days — athletes book sessions, pay online, and receive their professional photos in one seamless experience.
Project Overview
FLOWW Media Day is a platform we built in-house to support the sports media days we host for Idaho high school teams. Before this, coordinating photo sessions meant spreadsheets, cash payments, and emailing photo files manually — a logistical nightmare at scale.
We built a complete end-to-end system: schools book their team's media day slot, athletes and families register and purchase their photo package online via Stripe, and photos are delivered directly to their accounts as downloadable galleries and ZIP files — no manual handoff required.
The platform handles everything from account creation and session scheduling through photo upload, gallery browsing, purchase verification, and automated delivery — cutting hours of manual work out of every event.
What We Built
Schools and athletes book their media day photo sessions online — no spreadsheets, no phone tag, fully automated scheduling.
Athletes and families purchase photo packages directly on the platform. Stripe handles payment processing securely with zero manual invoicing.
After the event, photos are uploaded and instantly available in each athlete's private gallery — organized, searchable, and beautiful.
Customers download their full photo package as a ZIP file or receive it directly via email — no file-sharing links, no dropbox fumbling.
Every athlete gets an account with purchase history, accessible galleries, and re-download capability — tied into the existing WordPress user system.
Purchase verification ensures only paying customers can access their high-resolution photos, protecting our work while making delivery instant.
