VSP – Application

Application Submission: By submitting your application, you agree to provide accurate and complete information to the best of your knowledge.

Volunteer Status: Any position that states VOLUNTEER is strictly voluntary, and no monetary compensation will be provided. You are applying as a volunteer and understand that your name will be credited on posts featuring your photographs as the sole benefit.

Photography Rights: Any photographs taken during the course of your job under FLOWW Media remain the intellectual property of the photographer, subject to FLOWW Media’s non-exclusive rights to use and display the photographs on its platform(s) with proper credit.

Availability: As a volunteer, you agree to be flexible and available to cover sports events as per the network’s requirements, based on your availability and interests.

Copyright Compliance: You agree to adhere to all copyright and intellectual property laws and guidelines when capturing and submitting photographs. You will not use copyrighted material in your work without proper authorization.

Professionalism: You will conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner when interacting with athletes, coaches, event organizers, fellow photographers, and all individuals involved in the sports events.

Safety: You will follow safety protocols and guidelines when photographing sports events, taking precautions to ensure your safety and the safety of others.

Privacy: You will respect the privacy of individuals involved in sports events and obtain any necessary permissions or releases for the use of photographs featuring identifiable individuals.

Communication: You will maintain effective communication with the FLOWW Network team, providing updates on your availability, event coverage, and any issues that may arise.

Modification of Terms: FLOWW Network reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to volunteers promptly.

Application Deadline: The application deadline, if specified, is the final date for submitting your application. Applications received after the deadline may not be considered.
