💰 COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Commission-Based Leadership Role – No Salary Cap!
- 7% override commission on all team sales (your primary income)
- 15% commission on your personal sales

Primary Focus: Build & Lead a High-Performing Sales Team
Team Building (50%):
- Recruit and hire 5+ commission-based sales representatives
- Design and implement comprehensive training program

- Conduct weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions with each rep
- Develop team culture focused on success and growth
Sales Leadership (30%):
- Lead weekly team calls and training sessions
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics

Personal Selling (20%):
