💰 COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Commission-Based Leadership Role – No Salary Cap!

  • 7% override commission on all team sales (your primary income)
  • 15% commission on your personal sales

Primary Focus: Build & Lead a High-Performing Sales Team

Team Building (50%):

  • Recruit and hire 5+ commission-based sales representatives
  • Design and implement comprehensive training program

Sales Leadership (30%):

  • Lead weekly team calls and training sessions

Personal Selling (20%):
