FLOWW Network is a local Idaho sports news network covering high school sports in the 4A Snake River Valley (SRV) Conference. As a sub-company of FLOWW Media, we provide live broadcasts, comprehensive coverage, standings updates, photos, and video updates via our website and social media platforms. Additionally, we host the annual SRV Awards, recognizing top high school athletes.

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our team as an independent contractor (10-99). This role will focus on selling advertising and sponsorship packages to local businesses. You will have the flexibility to work remotely and set your own schedule, but we expect a high level of professionalism and commitment to meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify potential clients in Idaho.
• Present and sell advertising opportunities, sponsorships, and digital marketing packages.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure client satisfaction and seamless execution of advertising and sponsorship commitments.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience recommended (preferably in advertising, media, or a related industry).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Idaho high school sports or local businesses is a plus.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. We offer an entry-level starting commission of 6% on each sale, with opportunities for increased percentage ratings based on performance. Bonuses are available for meeting or exceeding sales targets. This position is offered as a 10-99 independent contractor.
