Terms of Service for Internship Application Submission

1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an application for the Sports Photographer / Videographer Intern position at FLOWW Network, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not submit an application.

2. Eligibility
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and meet the eligibility requirements specified in the job posting. By submitting an application, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Application Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the application form. You understand that providing false or misleading information may result in the rejection of your application or termination of the internship if you are selected.

4. Confidentiality

5. Intellectual Property
By submitting your application, you grant FLOWW Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and display any materials you submit (e.g., portfolio samples) for the purpose of evaluating your application. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license.

6. No Guarantee of Employment
Submission of an application does not guarantee an internship position. FLOWW Network reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

7. Unpaid Internship
By applying, you acknowledge that this is an unpaid internship position and no monetary compensation will be provided. The internship is intended to provide valuable work experience and professional development opportunities.

8. Use of Equipment
If selected, you may be required to use FLOWW Network’s photography and videography equipment. You agree to use the equipment responsibly and follow any guidelines or instructions provided. You may also use your own equipment, subject to approval by FLOWW Network.

9. Work Product and Credits
All work created during the internship remains the property of FLOWW Network. However, interns may use the work for their personal portfolios and are encouraged to credit FLOWW Network and themselves for their contributions.

10. Termination
FLOWW Network reserves the right to terminate the internship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Similarly, interns may terminate their participation in the internship program at any time.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your State] for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms.

12. Changes to Terms
